Introduction
Welcome to Red Dragon Magic - We're an online magic store offering high quality magic tricks, and props for the associated arts. Formed by three friends and magicians, we strive to offer quality, affordable magic to both amateur and professional performers alike.
With a collective knowledge of over 75 years entertaining crowds, we know what works for an audience. This knowledge, combined with our personal experience, maintains the high level of quality tricks that we offer. If it's not good enough to go in our acts; we don't sell it. It's a simple as that! Who we are:
- Alan Terrell
Alan's passion for magic stems right back to his childhood holidays in Somerset. After discovering a magic shop in Weston-Super-Mare he has been hooked ever since. With a background as an award winning filmmaker, Alan makes sure that all our products always look their best across all our media, and his same strict rules apply to the props that you receive.
- Alan Paget
A professional clown and children's entertainer for over 25 years, Alan can entertain a room with just the simplest look or gesture. His signature look is remembered by all who meet him, and has even earned him a place on many TV adverts, sitcoms and dramas. He has the amazing skill of being able to inflate 160Q balloons without a pump and his most skillful trick with a balloon appears to be so risky that it can only be done for a grown up audience! Being out with the public on a daily basis, Alan creates and tests our prototype tricks in the real world to see if they are good enough to be offered to our customers.
- David Lewis
Anyone who has seen Dave's act knows that he is not a close up artist!. His props are large and numerous, and for many years his finale was to perform Houdini's milk churn escape from a large steel replica! With an impressive library of magic books, David is constantly researching ideas, along with jokes, one liners and gags to complete the routines. He also has a natural talent for logistics, and can organize our stock to fit into places that seem like a magic trick in itself.
